Peacefully at Queenston Place on June 21, 2009 at the age of 88. Predeceased by his wife Anne. Proud father of Sylvia Kaptein and her husband Will Gibbons and Michael Kaptein and his wife Joanne. Adoring grandfather of Laura, Heather and Katie. He will be sadly missed by friends Mary and Kay. Tim was former Auditor General of P.E.I. and a resistance fighter in the Netherlands during World War II. Memorial Service to be held at the Cutcliffe Funeral Home, 33 Longworth Ave., Charlottetown on Saturday, July 25 at 11 a.m. Family will receive friends at the Funeral Home from 10:30 a.m. until the time of service.
