Mrs. Dorothy MacKenzie of Sussex Corner passed away on March 23, 2011 at the age of 91; she was the daughter of the late William and Maud (Banks) Goddard. Dorothy is survived by three daughters: Ann Carson (Royden) of Havelock, Linda Dixon (Wayne) of Mechanic Settlement, Diane Phillips of Calgary, seven grandchildren; nine great grandchildren; her sister, Muriel Carter of England, as well as several nieces and nephews. Dorothy was predeceased by her brother Bernard, two sisters, Mary Goddard and Marjorie Pacey, her grandson Adam, and her late husbands: Donald Bulmer, Hubert Horsman and Jack MacKenzie.
A Celebration of Dorothy’s life will be held from Wallace Community Chapel on Saturday, March 26, 2011 at 2:00 pm. Donations made to the Lung Association or the SPCA would be appreciated by the family.
