Peacefully at the Palliative Care Unit of the Prince Edward Home on Thursday, March 24, 2011 of Joyce E. Bowie (nee Riggs) age 80 years. Survived by sisters Lois Fortin, Betty Lowe and brother Bruce (Bev) Riggs. Predececeased by her parents Gertie and Earle (Diver) Riggs, sister Doris Sherren and brothers Carl, Ronnie and Barry Riggs. Arrangements entrusted to MacLean Funeral Home Swan Chapel. No visiting hours or funeral service by personal request. Interment later in The Peoples Cemetery.
