It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Larry LeBlanc, 57, of 590 Shore Rd., Sydney Mines. Larry passed away Thursday, July 23, 2009, at the Northside General Hospital with his family by his side.
Larry was a gas fitter and worked all his life as a gifted handyman.
He will be missed by his partner, Theresa O’Toole.
Larry is survived by his children, John, Kyla and Kenny, all of Oshawa, Ont.; his parents, Donna and Lawrence LeBlanc, North Sydney; his brothers, Paul (Heidi), Toronto, Ont., Don (Heather), Winnipeg, Man., David (Charlotte), Courtice, Ont., and Kevin (Mary Lou), Thompson, Man.; his sister, Marina (Nick), Fort McMurray, Alta.
He was predeceased by his brother Michel in 1998 and his sister Tammy in 1962.
Visitation will be held Sunday, July 26 from 7-9 p.m. in Francis Funeral Home, Sydney Mines. A graveside service will take place Monday at 3 p.m. in Holy Cross Cemetery, North Sydney.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to a charity of choice.
