LINTON, Bernadine M.– Peacefully on Thursday, July 2, 2009 at the Freeport Health Centre of the Grand River Hospital in her 68th year, Bernadine Linton (nee Penney) of Cambridge (formerly of Waterloo, Ont. and Avondale, N.L.), beloved wife of Bruce Linton; cherished mother of Darren (Sarah) Flynn, Gary Flynn and Barbara (Curtis) Thorne; loved grandmother of Sapa and Lori Flynn, Nicole, Zachary and Allyson Thorne and Hunter Flynn; dear sister of Beth (Andrew) Fitzpatrick, St. John’s, William Penney, Fredericton, N.B., Harold Penney, Gander and John (Lorraine) Devereaux, Holyrood. Bernadine is predeceased by her children Paul, Wade and Michelle Flynn. The family will be receiving friends and relatives at Dunphy's Funeral Home, Holyrood on Wednesday, July 29, 2009 from 7-9 p.m. Memorial Mass will take place at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, July 30, 2009 from Assumption Church, Avondale.
