Richardson, Bruce George, age 70 of Swift Current, SK passed away on July 23, 2009 in Regina, SK. The memorial service was held Wednesday, July 29, 2009 at 3:00 p.m. from the Chapel of Warren\'s Funeral Home with Pastoral Assistant Ilene Zinn officiating. Bruce was born in Cudworth, SK on September 27, 1938. He was married to Doris Fisher on May 16, 1970 in Ducklake, SK and was blessed with a son the same day. Together they owned and operated the Eatonia Hotel and the York Hotel in Swift Current. Bruce was a life member of the Hotel Association. In his spare time Bruce loved to grow lettuce and tomatoes and had a large collection of pigs of all type and sizes. He loved to visit with his grandchildren and great grandchildren and love to b.b.q. and have parties as he enjoyed being with people of all ages. He also enjoyed travelling. Bruce is survived by his wife Doris; step son Brian (Cheryl); granddaughter Trina (Dallon); great grandchildren Harlie and Orion; grandson Jory (Samantha); brothers Ken (Ileana) and Marcel, Robert, Dennis, and Gilbert (Linda); sister, Joyce (Connie) and numerous nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his mother and father; Mary and Clifford Richardson; brothers Ambrose, Frank and Norman; sister-in-law Pat and infant grandson Brett.
