(1938-2011). Robert’s family are deeply saddened to announce his peaceful passing on March 28, 2011 at the Carbonear General Hospital after a brave battle with cancer. The family grieving his leaving and celebrating his life are his wife of 54 years June (nee Hunt), children Perry (Kathy), Bobby (Lucy), Judy (Eric), Jim (Michelle), Curtis (Rita), Chris (Denice) and daughter-in-law Regina; brothers and sisters Alice Boland (Ben), Gloria - deceased, John (Sheila - deceased), Gerald (Jeanie); fifteen grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews. Resting at Lynch’s Funeral Home, Spaniard’s Bay. Visitation Tuesday 3-9, Wednesday 10-12, 2-5, 7-9, Thursday 10-12. Funeral Service to take place at Holy Redeemer Church, Spaniard's Bay at 2 p.m. Thursday, March 31, 2011. Interment to follow at Maultree Hill Cemetery.
