Passed peacefully away in the presence of her loving family at the Hoyles-Escasoni Complex on Wednesday, March 30, 2011, Phyllis May Puddester, aged 90 years. Predeceased by her husband Gordon, 2002, parents Walter and Lillian Keats, sister Jessie Barrington and brother Richard Keats. Leaving to mourn her children: Joyce Sparkes (Ron), Gordon (Patricia Shears), Daphne Crocker (John); six grandchildren: Kelly, Derek, Lisa, John, Lori and Paul; ten great-grandchildren: Justin, Meghan, Nicholas, William, Michael, Joshua, Nicole, Jesse, Logan and Jasmine; two sisters: Mary Crickard and Jean Merhib; sister-in-law Winnie Martin (Gerald); brother-in-law Cyril Rogers; also a number of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Cremation has taken place. Resting at Barrett’s Funeral Home, 328 Hamilton Avenue on Friday from 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. and then on Saturday from 10 a.m. - 12 noon. Funeral service to be held from Barrett’s Chapel on Saturday, April 2, 2011 at 2:00 p.m. Interment to follow at a later date. No flowers by request.
