DUNPHY, Anne M. (nee Power)– Passed peacefully away after a brief illness at St. Clare’s Mercy Hospital, Anne Dunphy, in her 92nd year, of Holyrood. Predeceased by her husband Jack, her parents Patrick and Mary Ellen Power, her twin sister, Isabelle, sisters Hannah, Mary, Catherine, Theresa and Marion; her brothers Martin, Douglas and Patrick. Left with fond memories are her sisters: Imelda White (Oakville, Ont) and Evelyn Rose, (Holyrood), many nieces and nephews and a large circle of extended family and friends especially her friend Elisa Hines and her daughter Denise (Florida), and her canine friend, Roo. Resting at Dunphy’s Funeral Home, Holyrood. Visitation on Saturday from 7 - 9 pm and Sunday from 2 - 4 pm. and 7 - 9 pm. Funeral will take place on Monday April 4, 2011 at 10:30 a.m. with Mass of Christian Burial from Holy Cross Church, Holyrood. Interment will be in Holy Cross Cemetery, Holyrood.
