Passed peacefully away at the L.A. Miller Centre, after a long, courageous battle with cancer, surrounded by his loving family, on Monday, July 27, 2009, Gordon John Dunne, age 66 years. Predeceased by his wife Judy (March, 2004) and his parents Mike (June, 2000) and Minnie Dunn (February, 2003). Leaving to mourn his children Judy (Pat), Bill (Janice) and Sandra Langdon (Darren); grandchildren Megan, Allyssa, Christopher, Coady and Rachel; great-granddaughter Brooklyn; sister Joan Guest (Kevin); brothers David, Ronnie, Gerry (Annette), Mike (Judy), Derrick “Bud” (Marilyn) and Kevin (Denise); brother-in-law Reg Cox (Beatrice); sisters-in-law Shirley and Theresa Cox; four-legged companion Mitzie; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends, especially his “Mundy Pond Walking Buddies”. Resting at Caul’s Funeral Home, LeMarchant Road. Visitation Tuesday from 2 p.m. - 9 p.m. and Wednesday from 10 a.m. - 9 p.m. Funeral Mass on Thursday, July 30 at 9:30 a.m. from St. Teresa’s Church.
