Passed away suddenly but peacefully at her daughter’s residence on Monday, July 27, 2009. Predeceased by her parents Catherine and William Lake, sons Garett and Randy; great-grandson Mitchell; brother David Lake; sisters Patricia Hollahan and Margaret Adams; father and mother-in-law Thomas and Winnifred Jordan; brothers-in-law Tommy Jordan, Raymond Meyers and sister-in-law Marg Janes. Leaving to mourn loving husband Wallace, two daughters Barbara Ann (Terry) and Sandra (Nick Hoeg); three sons Wallace (Josie), John (Florence) and Robin (Tess); twenty-seven grandchildren and five great-grandchildren; one brother Derrick Lake (Fran); three sisters Elizabeth (Fred Power), Carol Ann Meyers and Joanne Lake (Frank); sisters-in-law Mary Norman, Christina McCormack, Nola Jordan, Barb Jordan Myrtle Jordan and Winnie Jordan; brothers-in-law Jack Jordan, Bill Jordan, Pat Jordan, Kevin Jordan and Norman Jordan; family pet and companion Moe; as well as a large circle of other relatives and friends. Resting at Caul’s Funeral Home, LeMarchant Road. Visitation on Tuesday from 7 p.m. - 9 p.m. and Wednesday from 10 a.m. - 9 p.m. Funeral Mass will take place on Thursday, July 30, 2009, at 11:30 a.m. from St. Teresa’s. Interment to follow at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. Flowers gratefully accepted or donations may be made to a charity of one’s choice.
