At the Queen Elizabeth Hospital in Charlottetown on Friday, April 1, 2011, of Lloyd Gavin Murdock of Pinette, age 81 years. Husband of the late Joyce (nee Jenkins). Dear father of Ian (Han-soon), New York; Heather, California; Rebecca, Pinette; Coleen (John Voss), Texas; Gordon (Marie), Arizona; Douglas (Jennifer), New York; Daniel, West Virginia; and Sarah (Patrick Brannick), California. Loving grandfather of Gavin Murdock, Sean and Kristin Deleev, Christopher, Ryan, Fabiola, Aidan, and Allison Murdock and Molly Brannick. Also survived by brother Daniel (Roger) (Carleen) Murdock, New York. Resting at Ferguson’s Montague Funeral Home from where the service will be held in the funeral home chapel on Wednesday at 3 p.m. Interment later in the Belfast Cemetery. Visitation Wednesday 1 p.m. until time of service. If so desired, memorials to the Canadian Cancer Society or to Parkinson’s Foundation would be appreciated.
