GREEN, Raymond – Passed peacefully away at the Health Science Centre on Tuesday, October 28, 2008 at the age of 75. Leaving to mourn are his wife Joan; sons: Albert, Keith (Lori); daughter Andrea (Mark); grandchildren: Leia, Zachary, Emma and Laura; sisters: Beulah (Melvin), Marguerite (Jacques); brothers: Everett (Geraldine), Melvin (Jessie). Also left are a large circle of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. Predeceased by his parents, five brothers and one sister. Raymond was a retired inspector with the RNC, having left the force in 1983 after a 27 year policing career. Resting at Barrett’s Funeral home, 73 Commonwealth Avenue, Mount Pearl on Thursday, October 30, 2008 and Friday, October 31st, 2008 from 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. Funeral service will be held at Barrett’s Chapel on Saturday, November 1, 2008 at 10 a.m. Interment to follow in Sunnyside at 2 p.m. Flowers gratefully accepted or donations may be given to a charity of one’s choice in his memory.
