Peacefully and surrounded by family and friends at the MacMillan Lodge, Charlottetown, on Thursday, April 7, 2011, of Mrs. Dorothy McAree of Charlottetown, in her 85th year.
Beloved wife of the late Eugene McAree. Dorothy is survived by her cousins, Jimmy (Elaine) Stewart, Everett (Bernie) Stewart, John (Pat) Stewart, Elmer (Victoria) Stewart, Gary (Sharon) Stewart, Mary Coyle; and friends, Shirley Gormley and Marion and Cecil Trainor.
Resting at the Hennessey Funeral Home until 1:15 Saturday afternoon, then transferred to the Church of the Most Holy Redeemer for funeral mass at 1:30 p.m. Interment will take place later in St. Cuthbert’s Parish Cemetery, St. Teresa. Visiting hours will be held on Friday 6:30 to 9 p.m.
