It is with great sadness we acknowledge the passing of a Father, Grandfather, Afi, Husband, Brother and Korean War Veteran at the Royal Inland Hospital, Kamloops, B.C. after suffering from a short illness that took him from us.

Bill is survived by his wife and best friend Carole and his daughter Barbara Dale Algie; step-children Cheryl Tuton (Dave), Bob Grantham (Cory), Laurie Grantham (Joanne), Dale Grantham, Randy Grantham (Candace), Nina Dickenson; and brother Robert Mandley (Patricia); also sixteen grandchildren, five great grandchildren and one great great-grandson.

Bill survived 13 years in the Canadian Army Signal Corps followed by 15 more years with the Department of Transport before retiring from the Federal Government Service to open an Electronics business in Prince Rupert before retiring to Kamloops several years later.

Bill was an active Masonic Lodge member, Past Master, Past District Deputy Grand Master and member of the Gizeh Shrine as well as being active with his wife, Carole, a Past Matron of the Order of the Eastern Star.

Bill was predeceased by his father Dr. Edison Garfield Mandley (DVM), his mother Maria (Bauman) Mandley, his son Keith Robert Mandley and his nephew baby John Mandley.
