Passed away at the Health Science Centre on Wednesday, April 6th, 2011 in his 80th year surrounded by his family. Predeceased by his parents Harold and Amelia Bragg. Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories his wife Maud (Gillett); his devoted son and best friend Harold (Jane); daughter Wendy Thistle (Fabian); grandchildren Lesley and Ashley Thistle. Also leaving to mourn his brother Charles (Patricia) of Vancouver, BC; sisters: Mary Jennings, Dorothy Hamlyn, Edith Bubli, Lucy Cole, Marjorie Gruchy, Joyce Manning. Also many other relatives and friends especially special nephew Steven Gillett. Resting at Caul’s Funeral Home, Torbay. Visitation on Friday, April 8th from 12 noon – 9 p.m. and Saturday, April 9th from 10 a.m. – 2 p.m. Funeral Service will take place on Saturday, April 9th, 2011 from All Saints Anglican Church, Pouch Cove at 3 p.m. Cremation to follow.
