Lloyd David Works
1943-2017

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our brother and uncle Lloyd. Lloyd passed away May 22, 2017 in Calgary, Alberta.

Lloyd was the son of the late Clarence Works and the late Gwen (Hughes) Works.

Lloyd drove truck for a number of years and on a trip to Alberta, he decided to make Calgary his home. Lloyd also worked for the Calgary school board.

Lloyd is survived by his brothers Alan “Bud” (Dorothy), East Mountain; Keith (Pearl), Truro Heights; Clarence Jr. (Mary), Valley; and Donald, Peterborough.

Besides his parents, he was predeceased by his two sisters Eileen and Betty.

We’d like to give special thanks to our nephew Wayne Gordon Weatherbee of Calgary for looking after Lloyd.
