RAINEY, Jean - Passed away at the Ottawa Hospital General Campus on Saturday, May 27, 2017 at the age of 90 years. Marie Therese 'Jean' Rainey (née Beaumier) of Avonmore. Beloved wife of the late Donald J. Rainey. Loved mother of Linda Holland (Ken) of Avonmore, Danny Rainey (Liz) of Chesterville, Sharon Baker (Bob) of Terrace, B.C., Cindy Gorrie (George) of Kingston, Kelvin Rainey (Nancy) of Pickering and Allan Rainey (Marie) of Long Sault. Dear sister of Regina Lacroix of Trois Rivieres. Sadly missed by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Predeceased by her parents Alphonse and Milita (Germain) Beaumier; infant son John; two brothers Paul and Frank Beaumier and three sisters Julliette Laverdure, Alda St. Germain and Regenne Lacroix. To honour Mrs. Rainey's wishes, Cremation has taken place. Visitation will be held at St. Andrew's Presbyterian Church, Avonmore on Tuesday, June 6, 2017 from 10 am until the time of Service.
