The family of the late Myrtle Lee would like to extend a heartfelt thanks to all relatives, family and friends for the kind messages, cards of condolences and food received during our bereavement and for your attendance at the funeral service. Our grateful thanks are extended to Dr‘s. Smallwood, Lafferty and Mahmood and the staff of 3D and Palliative Care units at Western Memorial Regional Hospital for their supreme care to our dearest.

Thank you to Majors Marvin and Vera Youden and Major BettyLou Topping for the heartfelt and uplifting service - one that mom would have been so proud of. Reverend Malcolm Palmer for the visits and prayers. We would also like to thank Paul the IT gentleman for the bulletins, the ladies and gentleman for the music at the service as well as the Home League Ladies and Canadian Legion members for the Honor Guard.

A special thanks to granddaughters Toni-Lee Blanchard and Teri Lynn Loder and great- granddaughter Abigail Blanchard for the eulogy and readings and to her big man Aiden Blanchard (great-grandson) carrying Grandma to her final resting place by being the Urn bearer.

Myrtle--Mom--Grandma Lee--Nan -- was a wonderful mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and dear friend who felt profound love and pride for her family. She will always be remembered for spoiling us and most of the neighborhood with her cooking and baking, especially her homemade baked bread. She always took great pride in volunteering and her unlimited ability to be where she was needed most at all times. She will forever, and perhaps most of all, be remembered for always demonstrating such great courage and strength throughout her entire life.

What we hold in memory is ours unchanged forever.

The Lee Family
