We, the family of the late Harold Yurczyszyn, would like to sincerely thank our many friends and family who were there for us in our time of grief. For those who sent flowers, cards and made donations in his memory, thank you.
Special thanks to nurses of 4B for the care and compassion shown to Harold; words cannot express our heartfelt thanks to the nurses at Palliative Care for their kindness, love and exceptional care given to Harold and us during his stay. Thank you to the volunteers of Palliative Care for your kindness and compassion. We would also like to take this opportunity to thank Dr. Ritter and his team for the care given to Harold. Thank you to Dr. Margret Fraser and special thanks to Dr. Peter Jackson for the care and support over the years. Thank you to VON and homecare workers for the love and respectful care shown to Harold at home.
