Passed peacefully away at St. Clare's Hospital surrounded by his family on June 10, 2017 at 12:15 p.m. Predeceased by his mother Mable; father Tom; sons Raymond and Derrick; brother Tommy and sister Violet. Left to mourn is his wife Blanche; sons William Jr. (Yvonne), Glenn (Michelle) and Kenneth (Juanita); daughters Carol Ann, Shirley (Mike), Violet (Tom); pet Sam; brothers Allen, Fred, Charlie; sister Joann; brother-in-law Joe; sisters-in-law Kay, Lorraine (Mike) and Agnes (Dinny); many special friends Colleen "Kiddo" and Lew Buffett, Jerry and Annette Dunn, Wendy and Fabian, Les and Doris; as well as many grandchildren and great-grandchildren. At William's request cremation has taken place. Funeral Service to take place from Caul's Chapel, LeMarchant Road on Tuesday, June 13, 2017 at 1:30 p.m. with inurnment to follow at Anglican Cemetery, Forest Road. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in William's memory to the Heart and Stroke Foundation.
