The family of the late Clara MacPhee would like to thank our relatives, friends and coworkers who helped us get through the sudden passing of our mother Clara MacPhee. We would like to offer special thanks to Father Norman MacPhee for presiding over Clara’s wake and funeral service, the CWL of St. Anne’s Church for the comforting lunch, the church choir for the beautiful music, the Legion members whose ceremony touched us deeply, the Ladies Auxiliary and the Pensioners, your presence was felt and is greatly appreciated. Thank you to the honorary and appointed pall bearers and those who read during the service.
To the doctors and nurses in Glace Bay and at the Cape Breton Regional Hospital your care for our mother and for our family was exceptional. Thank you. Also, to the staff of Curry’s Funeral Home, we thank you for your professionalism, warmth and integrity.
For all of the family and friends who travelled to be with us, sent cards, food, and flowers or made charitable donations on behalf of Clara, it was a wonderful comfort to us. Clara, our mother, was a kind and beautiful person who will be deeply missed. Goodbye Mom.
