It is with great sadness that the family of the late Bryan Dennis McCann announce his passing at Port au Port West on Sunday, August 2, 2009 at the age of 40 years. He will be sadly missed by his loving wife, Karen (nee Tourout), his son, Troy and daughter, Nicole, his mother, Kathleen McCann of St. John’s, three brothers: Larry (Carolyn) McCann of Kippens, David (Yvonne) McCann of Fort Simpson, Melvin (Vera) McCann of Stephenville, three sisters: Doris (Brian) Haley of Etobicoke, Sheila (Don) Walsh of St. John’s, Belinda McCann of Kitchener, Waterloo and the Tourout family as well as a large circle of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. He was predeceased by his father, Dennis McCann. Friends may call at Russell’s Funeral Home, 57 Prince Rupert Drive, Stephenville on Tuesday from 7-9 and Wednesday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral Service will take place on Thursday, August 6th at 1:00 p.m. at Our Lady of Mercy Church, Port au Port West with Cremation to follow. Private family interment will take place at a later date. Funeral arrangements are under the supervision of Russell’s Funeral Home & Crematorium, Stephenville.
