Loving father of Michelle Massie (Frederick Vettese) of Toronto, Suzanne Massie of Ottawa, and Jacques Massie (Doanne) of Alexandria. Cherished grandfather of Jonathan, Ariane, Alexandra, Joshua, Sarah Anne, Sandrine and Mariska. Dear brother of Lucien Massie of Montreal, Rita Lauzon of Alexandria and Madeleine Laporte of Cornwall. Predeceased by four brothers Henri (Lucille of Alexandria), Jean (Doris of St. Eustache), Leo and Eugène, by three sisters Yvette Forgue, Aline Lalonde and Pauline Ranger, and by his parents Darcino and Berthe Massie (nee Proulx). Relatives and friends may call at the Munro & Morris Funeral Homes Ltd., 114 Main St. South, Alexandria (613-525-2772) on Thursday, July 27, 2017 from 2-4 pm and 7-9 pm and on Friday from 9 am until 10:30 am. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at Église Sacré-Coeur on Friday, July 28, 2017 at 11 am. Interment will follow in the Parish Cemetery.
