We, the family of the late Jeffrey Gallant would like to express sincere gratitude and heartfelt appreciation to relatives, neighbors and friends. Your support both emotionally and financially during Jeff’s illness and his passing has helped us through this difficult time. Please accept our gratitude for your love, support, kind words, flowers, food, cards and monetary donations made to the family and in his memory.

Special thanks to the chemo unit staff members at Western Memorial Hospital and the Health Sciences Centre, as well as the staff at the Palliative Care Unit at Western Health. A sincere thank you to the staff of Country Haven Funeral Home for their genuine care and professionalism.

To The Western Star sports editor, Dave Kearsey and reporter, Cory Hurley your two newspaper articles the day after Jeff’s passing were such a beautiful tribute to Jeff. Thank you to the clergy of Our Lady Star of the Sea and Most Holy Redeemer Cathedral for the lovely service. Thank you to the South Shore Fire Department and the ladies who put together a beautiful after-funeral reception at the Town Hall in Benoit’s Cove.

Jeff was wonderful in so many ways and will live forever in our hearts.
