It is with great sadness we announce the passing of our beloved Phyllis.
Phyllis passed away peacefully at Lions Gate Hospital after a short and courageous battle with cancer, with her husband and daughter Kathleen at her side.
Phyllis was born in Langley Prairie, B. C. and moved to the Sunshine Coast with her family in 1952.
She is survived by her beloved husband of 53 years, Jim and her daughter Kathleen (Valerie) and two grandchildren Brian and Ava. She also leaves behind two sisters, Gladys (Ron) Zarn and Nancy (Clay) Carby. Predeceased by parents Howard and Peggy LeWarne and brother Ed (Marg).
Phyllis will be remembered as a loving wife, mother and grandmother with a passion for cooking, gardening, travelling and RVing.
She will be greatly missed by the many friends and acquaintances she has made.
A celebration of life will be held at a future date to be announced.
