Suddenly at home in Milltown Cross on August 21, 2017, the passing of Beverley Strong O’Connor occurred. Born in Montague April 25, 1947, he was a son of the late Billy McGillivray and Harriett E. O’Connor Beverley will be missed by his children Steven Ross (Coral), Alberta, Francis O’Connor (Bonnie), Milltown Cross, Timothy O’Connor; Sister Melva O’Connor-Rafuse (Errol); several other siblings; special nephew Derek MacConnell; grandchildren, Lukas, Shana, Brett; several cousins, nieces and nephews. Beverly was a lover of all animals and enjoyed playing and listening to music. He had a great appreciation for antique cars and was well known for his sense of humor. There will be a graveside service on Friday, August 25th at 4 p.m. in the Sturgeon Baptist Cemetery, Sturgeon, Everyone welcome.
