After a long courageous battle with Alzheimer's, it is with great sadness that the family of the late Mary (Molly) Elizabeth Brake announce her passing on Sunday, August 27, 2017 at Corner Brook Long Term Care, at the age of 81 years. She leaves to mourn with fond and loving memories her husband Bill; son Barry (Nina); daughters: Elaine (Mike) Lynch, Paulette Fitzgerald (Danny McKinnon) and Colleen Crocker; grandchildren: Sherry Lynn (Greg) Brake, Jason (Chrissy) Brake, Colin (Christy) Lynch, Lori (Paul) Riley, Bradley Crocker; five great- grandchildren: Darcy, Keegan, Payton, Gus and Mae; brothers: Alex Noseworthy, Joe (Greta) Park; sisters: Pat Burton, Loretta Park and Maisie (Chris) Buckley; brothers-in-law: David (Dorothy) Brake and Bernard (Audrey) Brake; sister-in-law Theresa Hunt; as well as a large circle of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. She was predeceased by her father Jacob Noseworthy and mother Fannie Park; sister Ivy Park and brother Wally Park. Visitation will take place from Fillatre's Funeral Home, 218 Curling Street on Monday, August 28th from the hours of 2-4 and 7-9 PM. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at Sacred Heart parish in Curling on Tuesday, August 29th at 10:30 AM with Father Jim Robertson officiating. Interment to follow at Mount Patricia Cemetery.
