The death occurred at the Provincial Palliative Care Centre on Sunday, August 27, 2017 of James Francis (Jim) McDougall of Charlottetown age 75 years. Son of the late Aeneas and Stella (McQuaid) McDougall. James is survived by son Daniel (Sarah) McDougall, daughter Tamara (Colin) Whitlock, granddaughters Jessica and Courtney, and great grandchildren, his sisters, Mary (Wayne) MacDonald, Rita (Al) Forbes, brothers Joseph McDougall, Elmer (Joan) McDougall and many nieces and nephews. There will be no visitation by personal request. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Michael’s Church, Corran Ban on Wednesday, August 30th at 10 a.m. Interment will follow in St. Michael’s Parish Cemetery. If so desired, memorial donations may be made to St. Michael’s Parish Cemetery Fund or the Provincial Palliative Care Fund.
