Passed peacefully away at Western Memorial Regional Hospital in Corner Brook on Friday April 15th, 2011, Harold Wilson Rideout, in his 91st Year. He leaves to mourn with fond and loving memories his daughter Helen (Andrew), son Eugene (Karen). His 3 grandchildren: Tara Nodding (Scott), Darren Gardner (Barbara) & Lauren Rideout; 3 great grandchildren: Hailey, Kaylee, and Katelyn. He also leaves to mourn a number of nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends. Harold was predeceased by his wife Grace in 2007 & daughter Sylvia in 1987. The family received family and friends from the hours of 7- 9 pm, Saturday April 16th, 2011, and Sunday, April 17th, 2011 from the hours of 2 – 4 & 7 – 9pm, from Parsons Funeral Home & Chapel 63 North Main Street, Deer Lake, N.L. The funeral service took place Today at 2pm from St. Paul's United Church in Deer Lake, with Rev. Dr. Tony Newell officiating followed by the burial at the United Church cemetery on Wight’s Road, Deer Lake. In lieu of flowers, donations to St. Paul's United Church in Deer Lake or Humber Valley United Church in Pasadena would be gratefully appreciated.
