LeBLANC, RITA MARY - The death of Rita Mary LeBlanc occurred Tuesday, April 19, 2011 at the Chalmers Regional Hospital in Fredericton. Born in Olivier Siding, Restigouche Co., NB, she was the daughter of the late Aurel and Harriet (Williams) Meunier. The last surviving member of her immediate family, Rita is survived by sons, Robert (Esther) LeBlanc and Gerald LeBlanc, a daughter, Gloria Doucette (Alfred) all of Minto; seven grandchildren; 11 great grandchildren; sisters-in-law, Adelaide Meunier of Huntsville, ON and Barbara Miller of Minto; several nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, Rita is predeceased by her husband Aimee LeBlanc; a daughter Barbara; a sister Madelaine; and brothers Norman, Mike and Leo.
Resting at Hogg Funeral Services, 10 King Street, Minto, NB, with visiting on Wednesday from 10 to 12am and 2 to 4pm. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated 6:30 PM, Wednesday, April 20th, 2011 from the Holy Rosary Roman Catholic Church, Minto followed by interment in Saint Bridget’s Cemetery, Hardwood Ridge.
