In 1984 he received his Masters in Public Administration from Dalhousie University. Always a joy to be around, Kenny was always up for a glass of red wine, a good Hanukkah party, a walk on the beach or a family gathering. His awesome sense of humour is something the entire family has always enjoyed. Even during his illness, he brought many laughs to family and friends.
