George Dort passed away at the Glace Bay Health Care Complex on Tuesday, April 19, 2011. A native of Guysborough George was the son of the late Harriett and Levi Dort. He is survived by his loving wife Theresa (MacAulay), son John (Carrie), brother-in-law John MacAulay, sister-in law Virginia Grady (Robert) and several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by loving daughter Pamela and sister-in-law Margaret MacAulay. George was the last surviving member of his family. There will be no visitation. Donations may be made to a charity of choice.
