Boo retired from the Newfoundland Liquor Corporation back in 1981 after 41 years of service, and is a member of the St. John’s Soccer Hall of Fame. Leaving to mourn his loving wife of 54 years Margaret (Power), also two loving daughters: Anne Marie Penney (Marcel) and Mary Jo Fenton (Gavin); grandchildren; Hannah and Liam Penney and Reilly & Kyle Fenton; brother Bernard Nolan (Bride); brother-in-law Jim Power; sisters-in-law Mary Britain (Orville) of Colorado Springs, CO and Anne Joyce; as well as a large number of caring nieces and nephews, especially Paula and Ron Ellsworth, Annette Magee, Michelle & Sean Coady, Colleen & Michael Blezzard, Maria & Frank Pooley and all of their respective families. Resting at Caul’s Funeral Home, LeMarchant Road. Visitation Thursday from 7 p.m. - 9 p.m. and Friday from 10 a.m. - 9 p.m. Funeral Mass on Saturday, August 8th at 9:30 a.m. from St. Pius X Church.
