Colin’s family would like to express sincere thanks for the kindness and support offered to him and to the family. Many thanks to those who sent food as well as the many phone calls and visits. We appreciated the many sympathy cards, messages of condolence, donations to charity, Mass cards and flowers in memory of Colin. We would like to thank Dr. Paul Murphy and the nursing staff of 4D, 4B and the An Cala Unit at the Cape Breton Regional Hospital. Thanks as well to the VON for their home care visits. Thanks to Fr. Dennis Lamey, celebrant and concelebrant Fr. Francis Cameron for the memorable Funeral Mass and celebration of Colin held at St. Theresa Parish. Thanks as well to the friends and family members who took part in the Funeral Mass as readers, gift bearers, altar servers and pallbearers. Thanks are also extended to St. Theresa’s Parish Choir, the St. Theresa’s Parish Men’s Club and the Knights of Columbus, Council 1060. Sincere thanks for the beautiful buffet reception by Rose Conahan and the dinner for the family sent by the St. Theresa's Parish Men's Club. The guidance and support extended to the family by T.W. Curry Parkview Chapel management and staff is greatly appreciated and will always be remembered.
