TRASK, Maxine Rose – 67 of Middleton, passed away Monday, April 18, 2011 in Soldiers’ Memorial Hospital, Middleton. Born in Middleton, she was a daughter of the late Havelock and Alma (Fredericks) Durling. Maxine enjoyed Jam Sessions in the area and in particular the annual Port George Country Jamboree. She is survived by her husband Glenwood; sons, Victor (Bonnie) Wiles and Russell Wiles both of New Cornwall, Lunenburg County; adopted daughter, Dianne Burton, Middleton; sister, Helen Balser, Kingston and four grandchildren. Maxine was predeceased by sister, Mabel Banks, brothers, Harry Durling and Lester Durling as well as nephew, Keith Durling. Cremation has taken place and at Maxine’s request there will not be a funeral service. Donations in memory may be made to the IWK Hospital.
