JACQUELINE FRANCES (YATES) BRANN
We, the family of the late Jacqueline "Jackie" Brann, wish to extend our heartfelt appreciation to our relatives, friends, neighbors, and colleagues for the many acts of kindness and support we received during our mother's recent illness and passing. Thank you to all who telephoned, visited, brought food to our homes, sent cards, flowers, memorial donations, monetary gifts, attended the visitation and funeral service or helped in any way. We are truly grateful for all the acts of kindness and generosity shown to our family during this difficult time.
We also extend our thanks to the doctors, nurses and staff of the An Cala Unit of the Cape Breton Regional Hospital, the Victorian Order of Nurses, and the Hospice Palliative Care Society of Cape Breton for the care and compassion provided to our mother both in hospital and at home.
To the staff of T.J. Tracey Funeral Home, who went above and beyond for our family during our recent bereavement, we extend our gratitude for their guidance and support during this difficult time. We are most appreciative to Donnie Campbell for the beautiful music and songs he performed at the funeral service. We would like to thank Father Norman MacPhee for his prayers and words of comfort not only to our mother but also to our family during this difficult time. To the readers, brother, Weldon, and niece, Terry Lynn, thank you for your participation in the service. To the pallbearers, granddaughter, Ashley, grandsons, Kirk, Devon and Tyler, great-grandsons, Austin, Dakota, thank you for taking Mom to her final resting place. We are comforted to know she has been reunited with Dad.
Finally, we would like to extend our love and appreciation to Mom's sister, Beverly, for everything she did to help our mother during her illness. Her presence with us, both at home and in the hospital, helped to ensure our mother was comfortable and happy during her final days at home surrounded by her family.
