NEWBERG, Ruth (nee Whitehorne) R.N. – of Hyas, Saskatchewan. Passed peacefully away at Canora Hospital, Sask., on Oct. 14th, 2008, age 73 years. Predeceased by parents Wm and Elizabeth and brother Bill. Leaving to mourn husband Don Hyas, Sask.; daughters: Connie (Glen Johnson) of Saskatoon, Sask, Marlene (Don Fraser) of Provost, Alberta; son Warren (Pam), Hyas, Sask., and eleven grandchildren. Also leaving to mourn sisters: Jean (Joe Burden), Daisy (Hubert Amirault) and Judy Blackmore and brothers: Bob (Sarah), Lloyd (Mary Lou) as well as nieces and nephews. Memorial service took place at Hyas, Sask. on Sat., October 18th. Donations may be made in her memory to Juvenile Diabetes Research or charity of one\'s choice.
