Passed peacefully away at Carbonear General Hospital, surrounded by her family, on October 17, 2017 Mary Dunn, South River, age 99 years. Predeceased by husband, George (1986) and his siblings Regina, Bernard, Mary, Edward, Gertrude, Isabelle, Bridget, Sadie, Alice; parents Ellen and Matthew Whelan, sister Agnes Costigan, brothers Frank and William Whelan. Leaving to mourn daughters, Bernadette (Len Stirling), Regina (Richard Crane), Peggy (Max Mercer), son Rick (Effie), grandchildren Lesa, Christina, Katie, Melanie, Michael, David, Peter, Daniel, Sarah, Adam, Geoffrey, Lorianne, Brendan; great-grandchildren Rory, Ellen, Laura, Maggie, Anna, William, Rebecca, Hannah, Georgia, Claire, Charlie, Max, Sascha, Félix, Théodore, Nicolas, Luc, Colin, Jordan, Wesley; sisters-in-law Marguerite (Tom Brennan), Carmel Dunn, Bernice Whelan; numerous nieces, nephews, neighbours and friends.
