It is with heavy hearts that the family of Kevin Chesley Butt announces his passing at the Bonne Bay Health Centre, on Thursday, October 19th, 2017, at the age of 65 years. Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories his wife Jackie nee White, his siblings: Stella (Hector) Young, Wycliffe (Ruby) Butt, Alfreda (Bruce) Payne, Bess (Allan) Reid, Myra Goosney, Iris (John) Byrne and Lorna Butt (Gord Hewlin), his special nephew and buddy Allan Reid Jr, also a number of nieces, nephews, brothers and sisters-in-law, other relatives, extended family and friends. Kevin was predeceased by his parents Edith and John Butt, his nephew Owen Young, his in-laws Letitia and John White, his brothers-in-law Theodore Parsons and Brian Goosney. In keeping with Kevin's wishes cremation has taken place. The family will be receiving family and friends at Parsons Funeral Home & Chapel, 63 North Main Street, Deer Lake, NL, on Tuesday, October 24th, 2017, from the hours of 12-1:30 pm, where also the Memorial service will take place from on Tuesday, October 24th, 2017, at 2 pm, with Pastor Ryan Ball officiating.
