SMALL, Richard – Mr. Richard William George Small peacefully passed away at the Cornwall Community Hospital on Wednesday October 25, 2017 at the age of 90 years. Loving husband of Maisie (née Carter) Small. Beloved brother of Norman Small (Barbara). Brother-in-law of Henry Carter (Margo), William Carter (Gladys) and Robert Carter (Suzanne). Dearly missed by many nieces and nephews, relatives and friends. Predeceased by his parents Percival and Elizabeth (née Hoggard) Small and two siblings Earl Small and Dorcas Kent. Cremation has taken place. A service will be held at a later date. Funeral Arrangements entrusted to the Wilson Funeral Home, 822 Pitt Street, Cornwall.
