The death occurred peacefully at the Kings County Memorial Hospital on Friday, November 3, 2017 of Clarence E. Dixon, aged 81 years, formerly of Fortune, P.E. He will be missed by his wife of 58 years Dora, and children Wendy Coyle (Phillip), Garth (Anne), Dawn MacCormack (Jake), and Gary (Julie). Clarence is survived by grandchildren Erin Andrews (Steven), Melissa MacDonald (Josh), Mitchell, Rebecca, Denver, Maria, Samantha, Callie, Carlie, and great grandchildren Dylan, Lydia, and Caleb. Predeceased by grandson Cody Dixon; parents Arthur and Winnifred; 4 brothers and 5 sisters. Resting at Dingwell Funeral Home with visiting hours on Monday, November 6, 2017 from 2-4 p.m. A service of remembrance will take place at 10 a.m. on Tuesday, November 7, 2017 at the Bay Fortune United Church Cemetery.
