We the family of the late Irene Faye Clarke wish to express our sincere thank you to all family, relatives and friends who sent sympathy cards, memorial donations, online condolences, food, flowers, attended the church service and stood by our side. A special thank you to the staff of 4A and 4B, and Palliative Care at the Cape Breton Regional Hospital for the excellent care that Mom received during her illness. Thank you to Dr. Mark Sampson and Dr. David Wong for all their support and visits that Mom looked so forward to. Also we want to thank Martha MacDonald for officiating at the service, Rev. David MacLean, the ladies auxiliary who prepared food and everyone who contributed with music and in anyway to make Mom\'s service such a special one. The overwhelming attendance was truly a day we will not forget. Patten’s Funeral Services were extremely professional and very supportive during this most difficult time.
