It is with heavy hearts and sad emotions the family of the late Sarah "Susie" Anderson announce her passing at Western Memorial Regional Hospital on Tuesday, Nov. 21, 2017 at 1:45am, surrounded by her loving family. Leaving to mourn her husband, Harley of 60 years; sons: Arnold (Glenda) Thompson, MB, Paul Calgary AB; daughter Arwilda (Boyd) Meadows; grandchildren Sarah, Allison, Kayla (Carson), Matthew, Jenna, Angela (Brad) and Jeffrey (Sarah). Great-grandchildren Nicholas, Braden, Zoie, Cohen and Charlye. Brothers and sisters-in-law Jack, Leroy, Danny, George, Gary, Melvin, Goldie, Shirley, Jean and Geraldine, as well as many nieces and nephews. Susie was predeceased by her mother, father and 5 sisters. Susie was a very active member of her church up to the time of her illness, as well as a member of Altar Guild, Brownie and Girl Guide Leader, Sunday School Teacher, faithful member of the ACWA for 50+ years and the Holy Trinity Church Choir. Susie was very witty in telling stories of the fun she had in all her groups. Visitation will take place at Holy Trinity Church, Meadows on Thursday, Nov 23, 2017 from 2-4 and 7-9 pm. from where funeral service will take place on Friday, November 24, 2017 at 2pm with Rev. Malcom Palmer and Archbishop Stewart Payne officiating. Cremation to follow with interment at Holy Trinity Cemetery at a later date.
