Passed away suddenly but peacefully at her home in Spruce Grove, Alberta on Sunday, April 17th, 2011, Josephine (Jo) Shubert (nee Squires) at the age of 61. Predeceased by her parents Bill and Sheila Squires and infant son William. Leaving to mourn her loving husband David; son Jeffrey Drover; granddaughter Kathleen Drover and grandson Ricky Drover, stepchildren: Kimberley Lemmen, Katherine Friday and Lynn Stevens; sisters: Patricia (Winston) Tizzard, Bernadette (Christopher) Williams and brother William (Karen) Squires; special friend Jackie Barrett and special cousin George Barron. Also leaving to mourn other family and friends in Newfoundland, Alberta and Mesa, Arizona. Cremation has taken place. Visitation to be held at Caul’s Funeral Home, LeMarchant Road on Sunday, May 1, 2011 from 2 p.m. - 9 p.m. Funeral Mass at Mary Queen of Peace Church, Torbay Road on Monday, May 2nd, 2011 at 10 a.m. Private family interment at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery.
