FOOTE, Kenneth — Passed peacefully away at Lion\\\'s Manor Nursing Home, Placentia on October 31, 2008, of Dunville, formerly of Lamaline, aged 85 years. Served in the 59th Royal Artillery, Life Member of the Royal Canadian Legion, Branch 33. Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories are his wife Gertrude of 55 years; daughter Judy; sisters: Vera Piccott, Mount Pearl; Emily (Harry) Camp, Pasadena; brother Peter (Margaret) Foote, Bedford N.S.; sisters in law Rita Foote, Joyce Lake; brother in law Gordon Picco; as well as many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. Predeceased by his parents Alfred and Violet Foote; brothers Wesley and Leo; sisters Alice Edwards, Dorothy Picco and Mary Pittman. Resting at Maher\\\'s Funeral Home, Placentia on Sunday, November 2nd from 2 to 9 p.m. Funeral Service will take place 2 p.m. on Monday, November 3rd, from St. Martin\\\'s Church, Dunville. Interment to follow at Rev. Dermot McGettigan Memorial Cemetery, Southeast.
