Passed gently into the arms of God on Saturday, November 25, just two days shy of her 81st birthday, our beloved Betty Lou. Betty Lou came from Hr. Grace, NL. She was predeceased by her parents Raymond and Louise Pelley, brothers Raymond and Frank, her first husband Howard Parsons and second husband Carl Williams. She leaves to mourn her sisters Yvonne Andrews (Alan, deceased) of St. John's, NL, Gail Garvin (John) of Alberta and Helen Macklin (George) of Ontario, her brother Wayne (Shirley) in Harbour Grace, NL, their families, and a large circle of relatives and friends. Special and sincere thanks are extended from the family to Betty Lou's devoted caretaker and dear friend, Florence Byrne. Cremation has taken place. There will be no visitation. Funeral service to be held on November 28th, 2017 at 2:00 p.m. from the Carnell Memorial Chapel at 329 Freshwater Road, followed by a reception for family and friends at Carnell's.
