Passed peacefully away Thursday, July 30, 2009 at the Glenrose Rehabilitation Hospital in Edmonton, Alberta, A.T. “Sandy” Colbourne, President of James G. Crawford Limited. Predeceased by his wife Blanche (1990), his sisters Ruby Davis (2001), Joan Burdock (2009) and his brother John (2009), as well as his loyal canine companion Max (2009). Leaving with fond and loving memories, son Peter (Michele); daughter Ann; special friend Aruna Thampy; three granddaughters: Laura, Heather and Gillian; sister-in-law Jean Colbourne and brother-in-law Don (Florence) Randell as well as a wide circle of other relatives, friends and business associates. At his request, Sandy has been cremated in Edmonton. The family invites you to join with them in celebration of his life. Carnell’s Funeral Home are presiding over arrangements as follows: Visitation at Carnell’s Funeral Home, 1045 Topsail Road from 6-9 p.m. Thursday, August 13th followed by burial at Forest Road Anglican Cemetery, 11 AM Friday, August 14, 2009.
