Passed peacefully away at Hoyles Home on August 9, 2009, age 98 years old, Mrs. Bridget Gregory of Fermeuse. Predeceased by her parents Joseph and Hannah Perry of Portugal Cove South (The Drook). Her first husband William Martin of Long Beach, Cape Race, her second husband William Gregory of Brigus South, Cape Broyle, her two daughters: Christina O’Neill and Helen Webb, her brothers: Steve, Charlie, James and Lar Perry, her sisters: Mary Ellen White, Violet Doyle and Theresa Frizzel. Leaving to mourn her adopted son Edward Sheppard-Martin, (fiancee Marie Butler) of Witless Bay and his children; also son-in-law John O’Neill and his children and a large circle of other family members, relatives and friends. Remains resting at Fahey’s Funeral Home, Fermeuse. Visitation on Tuesday and Wednesday, August 11 and 12 from 2-9 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial on Thursday, August 13 at 10:30 a.m. from St. Charles Borromeo Church, Fermeuse.
