HILTZ, Ruth Emily - 80, of Raymond, New Hampshire, formerly of Nova Scotia, passed away April 21, 2011 at the Exeter Hospital after a brief illness. Born in Weymouth December 28, 1930, she was the daughter of the late George and Addie (Morehouse) White. Ruth grew up in North Williamston. In 1950, she married Clyde Hiltz, and they moved to New Hampshire in 1963. Ruth was a devoted housewife, mother and grandmother, and was greatly appreciated by her family. She enjoyed cooking, reading, gardening and collecting tea pots. Ruth is survived by her loving husband of 61 years, Clyde Hiltz of Raymond, New Hampshire; son Terrence (Helen) Hiltz, Auburn, NH; daughter Elaine (Lee) Whittemore Jr., Greenville, NH; four grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; sister Constance Charlton, Middleton; brother Gordon (Eileen) White, Fonthill, ON; sisters-in-law Mary White, Nictaux and Gladys White, Greenwood; several nieces and nephews. Besides her parents, she was predeceased by brothers Donald White and David White. Cremation has taken place. Memorial visitation was held on April 30, 2011at the Brewitt Funeral Home, Raymond, NH.
